CSU Blackboard – The California State University Cal State is a public university located in California that has 23 campuses and eight off-campus centers. The university enrolls 437,000 students with 44,000 faculty members and staff. There are three campuses offered: one research university, two polytechnic universities, one maritime academy, and 19 general comprehensive campuses. Seen from its system, Cal State is one of the largest four-year public university systems in the U.S. and one of three public higher education systems in the state. The system of this university is incorporated as The Trustees of the California State University.

Csu blackboard was created in 1960 under the California Master Plan for Higher Education. This university is a direct descendant of the system of California State Normal Schools. The university is also the country’s largest producer of bachelor’s degrees since it graduates almost 100,000 students annually. CSU was awarded 52% of California teaching credentials in the 2011-2012 academic calendar, 47% of the state’s engineering degrees, 28% of the state’s information technology bachelor’s degrees, and it produces more graduates in business that reach 50%, 72% in agriculture, 53% in communication studies and health, and 52% in education and public administration.
