NIU Blackboard is a course management system used widely in the campus-range of NIU. The system gives many advantages to many people among the university, including allowing faculty to post materials, deliver tests and surveys, hold online discussion and many other course-related functions. All currently-enrolled students and teaching faculty have access to the NIU Blackboard system.
The NIU Blackboard User Experience team wants to know how the users prefer to find and use help materials for software, apps, or websites. Their goal is to redesign and improve the way to find help for all Blackboard products. The communication and collaboration tools available within Blackboard serve as an integral part of the teaching process. Collaboration tools such as Blackboard Collaborate allow for synchronous and real-time communication among the members of it.
